Amigos Outreach is looking for a energetic call center Trainer who can train and motivate new staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for training of the new recruits.
- Responsible for conducting refreshers training when required.
- Reports an individual’s progress and identifies additional training needs.
- Work alongside HR Department.
- Responsible for conducting training for any new offer/product being introduced in the market.
Timings: Monday - Friday ( 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM )
