We are looking for an all-rounder individual who can look after overall functions of HR in Call Center with primary focus on technical recruitment and organizational development.
Office Timings: 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM
Working Days: Monday To Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Responsibilities:
- Take care of daily HR Operations
- At least 1 year of experience in call center
- Manage HR management system
- Understand the issues of employees and propose solutions to the higher management
- Coordinating with staff
- Taking care of employee engagement activities
