- Assist in Recruitment & Selection process.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain database of key positions in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate hiring.
- Develop job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job announcements, checking application forms, shortlisting, and arranging interviews in coordination with line managers.
- Maintain record of all employees personal record in HRMS.
- Complete pre/post hiring documentation.
- Prepare day to day reports on all on-going recruitment initiatives.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Maintain a positive work environment by resolving all day-to-day HR issues.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Excellent command over MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Prior experience of HRMS and managing recruitment portals would be a plus.
