Amigos Outreach is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who is responsible to check the quality of the calls on daily basis.

He is also responsible for the development of the staff by working on their mistakes.An Ideal Candidate would be:

  • Someone who worked in a Call Center for atleast 2 years
  • Someone who dialled on Final Expense Campaign 
  • Someone who can work between departments

Working Days: Monday - Friday (9 PM - 6 AM)
