Amigos Outreach is looking to hire a Quality assurance manager who has a call center background, candidates with knowledge of Final Expense Program would be given priority

Job Description

  • Would be responsible to listen to all the calls generated by the operations team and will be responsible to evaluate those in a timely manner, input all the info obtained from the call into an excel spreadsheet 
  • Should know all the guidelines and qualification criteria of Final Expense Insurance Program
  • Should have at least a year's experience of working in a call center
  • Excellent Listening skills 
  • Profound understanding of English
  • Good typing speed 
  • Should be able to Multi-task and Evolve
