A Leading Home Appliances company urgently required “Branch Manager” for their Karachi Service Center. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in electric or electronics. Relevant experience in same filed will be and added advantage. Complete JDs are as under :· To come to office / service center at least 10 minutes before start of office timing (9:AM)· To conduct daily morning meeting and to check each single complaint status with all technicians one by one and to assign today`s field complaints to each technician area wise. Each complaint must be completed within 24 Hours.· To check daily workshop status report (Ready for delivery units packed with plastic bags, Waiting for Repairing, On Line / Under repair units, Under Testing Units, Under Cleaning units, PNA Units, Bill / Payment Pending units, Self Delivery / Lifting Units, Repair Work distribution / assigned to technicians and to arrange repairing & delivery of each single unit within 24 Hours.· To check and control the daily working of Store Officer, Accounts Officer, Customer Service Officer, Supervisors & Technicians to per set targets.· To arrange weekly / monthly meeting with Sales Manager give report to the Regional Manager & Country Manager CSD.· To ensure the sale of B-stock by supporting sales warehouse & sales staff.· To ensure the monthly sale of scrap / Rejected parts as per policy.· To ensure that Hardware & Software System is working properly at Service Centre.· To check all system documents & records & take corrective action in case of any mistake to avoid warranty claim losses by HNR.· To ensure that all the reports send to the top management on time and error free as per policy.· To contact the dealer and ASC on the regular basis and maintain the proper record for it also send it to the Regional Manager & Country Manager at H.O-CSD.· To check monthly budget consumed and take necessary action to control it.· To ensure that every staff member of the service center fulfills the rules and regulations of the Company.· To expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.· To help solve problems that affects the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front end.· To ensure that service store record and its working is proper as per policy.· To ensure that the Service Centre environment is healthy and all safety precaution, are being followed by everyone.· To ensure that all staff members familiar with W.I., I.T.I. (Quality Management Systems) and company procedure, also make it possible that they easily access to them.· To ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated, neat & clean and keeping their proper records.· To verify quality of work is being carried out by each person at service center.· To ensure that each person is qualified and experienced in his relevant job.· To submit daily, weekly & monthly reports to CSD HO as per schedule.
