Job Description:
A single position is open for bookkeeping and data entry operations. The ideal candidate should be able to perform their assigned jobs responsibly and in a timely fashion.
The person hired for this position will be required to perform a variety of functions in this position which include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily Journal Entries
- Entry of Sales Invoices
- Keeping track of Accounts Receivables
-Keeping track of shipments and deliveries
-Keeping track of inventory on-hand and inventory reconciliation
Successful candidates should have a strong knowledge of general ledger operations and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Due to nature of the job, the candidate must have their own transportation.
