Our members upload up to 200 photographs per day. Some are uploaded upside down, too dark or too grainy. We need a graphs person who can give us 2 hours per day 6 days a week in the evenings. Aside from this, we need one or two sets of banners for facebook, adwords, twitter etc once a week.
