A US based company is looking for an operations manager to manage operations at their Lahore office. The operations manager will report directly to the higher management in the United States. The duties involve but are not limited to:    -  Supervising and monitoring a team of 20 team members.    -  Identifying operational problems and working along side the US team to resolve problems.    -  Ensuring adequate customer service is provided to both internal and external customers    -  Creating Weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and conducting performance reviews for the office employees.    -  Recruiting and hiring top talent while employing strategies to address staff retention, turnover and engagementRequired Qualifications:    -  At least a Bachelors Degree from a reputable institute. (Masters preferred)    -  Minimum experience of 5+ years in a management position. (Sales and Marketing experience is a plus)    -  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.    -  Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.    -  Strong skill base and comfort with technology including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel    -  Excellent problem solving skills.    -  Ability to make decisions in high pressure situations.    Successful candidates will be notified via email. The job timings will be during the US work hours and the starting salary for this position will be Rs. 100,000.00+ based on experience.
