Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior expereinece in handling support queries for international clients (US in particular).

Candidate will be responsible for carrying out support related activities for our online E-commerce Websites.

Job duties require excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate easily and professionally, and good reporting skills.

 

Candidates must possess:

  • Handling customer queries through Calls & Emails.
  • Replying back and giving feedback to customer problems via Call and Email.
  • Helping customers and provide them the best solution at the earliest.
  • Providing shipping related information to the customers.
  • Updating customers regarding order, refund, shipment, payments and other information related to their order.
  • Helping customers in searching the items on our websites.
  • Placing orders on the phone.
  • Contacting the warehouse and sort out customer issues and exchanging order information.
  • Calling and emailing customers for providing information regarding their address, ups delivery, unavailability of any stock, or reshipment / Exchange of an order.

 

Please note that the position is only for Night shift

(8 pm to 5 am) American Accent is a must SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional writing and communications skills (Mandatory)
  •  
  • Should be proficient in MS-Excel (Mandatory)
  •  
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
  •  
  • Must be Fluent in English and Accent must be American.
  •  
  • Candidates with O & A Levels and a reputable university graduate will be preferred.
  •  
  • Knowledge of IT will be an advantage and will be given preference
  •  
  • Problem Solving Skills and can handle customers calls with peace mind.
  •  
  • Working experiance on Amazon will be a plus point
