Job Requirements:
- Supervise the sales activities and team in order to meet sales target
- Address and resolve issues on pricing, delivery of goods/services and customer complaints
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
- Provide extended support to customers queries and grievances
- Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with standard operating procedures
