Responsibilities & Skills:
- Liaise with all departments to deliver targeted production.
- Ensuring that all processes & product requirements are taken into account from the initial to finished result. This includes
- Maintaining correct line speeds.
- Maintaining and monitoring of TMT parameters.
- Ensuring that the parameters of all the other equipment are correct and logging of the same.
- Keeping a regular check on rolling mill equipment by taking rounds and he should take immediate action when he finds any abnormality.
- Should be willing to work with his own hands.
- Should be able to write detailed report about the shift.
- Provide engineering solutions for issues which may arise during the Production process.
- Provide technical support and training to his team members.
- Establish productive dynamic working relationships with quality, Maintenance and Stores and maintain regular communication, discuss issues and agree improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office
· SAP Understanding will be a plus
· Good communication and reporting skills (both written and verbal)
· Self-starter + team player
· Effective utilization of given resources
· Supervision of floor activities (including but not limited to: Tools/spares/housekeeping)
· Able to perform under pressure, meet deadlines
· Adaptability to change
