- Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives
- Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
- Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change

- Provide support to managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance etc
