ASSISTANT MANAGER LEARNING & OD

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (Master's degree will be preferred)

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to assist Manager Learning & OD in following domains:

1. Learning & Development:

  • Assist in strengthening the learning culture in the organization.
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessment (TNA) and post TNA activities.
  • Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training plan and calendar for in-house trainings.
  • Design and implement new training material and activities for in-house trainings.
  • Deliver and conduct in-house trainings.
  • Keep track of training budget.
  • Maintain all training records.

2. Employee Engagement and Event Management:

  • Assist in smooth end-to-end execution of employee engagement events.
  • Manage all outdoor activities and vendors for HR and employee events.

3. Organizational Development:

  • Assist in all OD projects and tasks.
  • Assist in developing and updating the HR policies. 
  • Reporting and Analysis – Timely updates and communication of all (weekly, monthly and yearly) HR reports & analysis.
  • Upload and update HR content on Amrelian Portal.

4. Other Tasks

  • Ensure timely payments of vendors, consultants and training companies by coordinating with procurement and finance department.
  • Any other tasks assigned.
