DEPUTY MANAGER MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
Job Specifications:
Education: BE/ME Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8 years experience of Mechanical Maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Should have atleat 8 years experience of Mechanical Maintenance of Hydraulic systems, Overhead cranes, gear boxes, pumps, cooling water systems.
- Responsible for the development & implementation of Preventive & Predictive maintenance procedures.
- Lead plant maintenance activities. Oversees all modification, upgradation projects, shut downs.
- Responsible to prepare & update maintenance logs, History cards, Down time analysis, performance analysis, FMEA, Root cause analysis, SOPs etc.
- Resonsible to manage maintenance budget, monitor & control maintenance costs.
- Monitor spares inventory and shoud be able to develop spares locally.
- Should be well versed with SAP, MS office, AutoCAD.
- Should have Problem solving & decision making skills .
- Should be well aware with HSE practices.
