Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Prepare and obtain approval for a comprehensive “Talent Acquisition” plan aligned with over all company objectives
  • Be passionate for making ASTL a “preferred choice employer”
  • Carryout regular research and add value to the employer branding activities in line with company’s vision of becoming a best place to work
  • Ensure optimum utilization of SAP Success Factor for “Talent Acquisition” activities
  • Check periodically Talent Acquisition / Workforce plan and ensure that 90% and above positions are filled at any given time
  • To ensure all requisitions related to talent acquisition are processed in a swift and best efficient manner without compromising defined agreed targets (SLAs)
  • Direct efforts towards developing talent pools for all positions especially critical and senior positions with at least 2 ~ 3 potential candidates identified and marked within the databank
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to understand business dynamics and job roles in order to speedup talent acquisition efforts
  • Scrutinize and ensure that quality data (interviewed candidates) is generally available in the databank / pool
  • Provide cross reference analysis and guidance to the managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
  • Use digital / social media, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Find out ways to reach out to passive candidates for any current and future openings
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment / headhunting agencies and staffing firms
  • Ensure all necessary documents / SOPs are available digitally or otherwise to all users and stakeholders
  • Gauge regularly the efficacy of onboarding activities and suggest improvements
