Specifications:
Qualification: At least bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience (preferably from banking sector)
Job Role:
The Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.

- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an excellent telephone manner
- Appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors and clients
