1. Conducting all activities related to business development & Proposals.
2. Vigilantly keep a watch on construction & EPC projects all over the country and Middle East. Identify & pursue projects of interest to acquire business.
3. Liaison with current & past current Clients, farm long term relationships and continuously identify new business opportunities with them through cold calling or personal visits.
4. Conduct market research for construction Industry.
5. Develop business proposals for project from new and existing client.
6. Meeting business revenue targets assigned by the company.
7. Identify partnership opportunities with EPC / manufacturing companies of international repute for possible representation in mid-East & Asia.
8. Provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
9. Ensures that proposals are prepared in time and discussed thoroughly before submission.
10. Identify partnership opportunities with EPC / manufacturing companies of international repute for possible representation in mid-East & Asia.
11. To coordinate with Purchase as well as project & planning department for smooth completion of proposal.
12. Establishing and determining the cost for the specified project to ensure accurate cost allocation for all activities in line with the scope of project and BOQ.
13. To prepare and update prequalification document for registration of company to new customer.
