AMS Power & Industrial Engineering Private Limited requires the services of BD and Proposal Manager who will be responsible to identify & acquire new business and end-to-end completion of high quality EPC/Construction proposals, quotations, bids and tender responses.
Job Description:
- Conducting all activities related to business development & Proposals.
- Vigilantly keep a watch on construction & EPC projects all over the country and Middle East.
- Liaison with current & past current Clients, farm long term relationships and continuously identify new business opportunities with them through cold calling or personal visits.Conduct market research for construction Industry.
- Develop business proposals for project from new and existing client.
- Prepare technical and financial bids according to the ITB / RFQ documents.
- Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
- Preparing Estimates as per developed norms and man-hours working, Cost controlling, Take off BOQ, Quantities & Price Re-measurement, Project Costing and review ITB and other documents.
- Establishing and determining the cost for the specified project to ensure accurate cost allocation for all activities in line with the scope of project and BOQ.
- Provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution. Ensures that proposals are prepared in time and discussed thoroughly before submission.
