Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
Communicate with customers globally via call, email and chat and answer their queries.
Manages complex transnational or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.
Experience not required; however, candidates with O/A' Level background or Graduates with business majors preferred.
Most of our clients are based in US so we need someone with excellent written English skills & great accent.
