- To Assist in organization's regulatory affairs by ensuring activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
- To Plan and monitor regulatory affairs so the organization has the permits, licenses, certificates authorizations, and other approvals it needs to conduct its current and future commercial activities
- To monitor regulatory developments and advise on the potential impact of regulations on the organization
- To Establish and maintain positive relationships with health regulatory authorities (provisional and Federal)
- To Represent the organization in matters before regulatory, legislative, or industry standards agencies
- To prepare dossiers (both local and import) for submission in health authorities and maintaining all regulatory files and documents
- To prepare necessary checklist for registration in DRAP
- To have in-depth knowledge and be familiar with the Pharmacovigilance and internal QA Audits
- To ensure overall compliance
