Anglo Digital headquartered in Dubai, UAE is a leading Digital Agency working with known brands around the world, we are looking for talented people to join our offshore office in Karachi.
We are now looking for experienced Customer Support/Appointment Setting Executives (Morning Shift) for our Digital Marketing and Web Development agency based in Dubai, UAE
Services Offered: Website Development, Digital Marketing, Augmented Reality, Software Development and Mobile Apps Development.
Candidate will be joining our offshore office in Karachi and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, discuss client requirements and setting up appointment for Dubai team.
There is no direct sales involved, candidate should have skills of building relationship with client and leaving a great first impression and fix appointment.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Relationship Building
- Discussing client requirements, recommending features and more based on service required and fix meerting for Dubai Team
- No direct sales involved but performance analysis will be based upon number of meetings fixed and client relationship building
- Experience of working in Customer Support or Sales or Digital Marketing Agency or Website/Software House Development will be a great advantage
- Should be passionate about learning and being up to date about technological and digital world updates
- Should be able to convert proespect inbound client into successful meeting.
