Qualification: B.A or relevant degree

 

Salary bracket:  40K- 45K

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining a land database including acquisitions, ownership statuses, mutations, sale deeds, approvals, NOCs, Board Resolutions and all other related stuff of lands;

2. Facilitating the process of land acquisitions as per the SOPs of the organization;

3. Leading and managing land transfers, registrations and related documentation directly and/or through the concerned dealers or stakeholders;

4. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts and/or agreements related to land;

5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to update the land-related databases;

6. Coordinating with legal and regulatory authorities for all land-related permits, licenses and approvals; 

7. Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, government officials, dealers, patwaris, community leaders and all other relevant stakeholders of the land processes;

8. engaging in negotiations and solutions on matters related to land disputes;

9. Ensuring compliance with land-related laws, regulations, policies and other applicable procedures in all dealings;

10. Developing risk mitigation strategies and implementing appropriate controls to minimize risks;

11. Updating the senior management team on land-related matters in regard to risks and opportunities.

12. Monthly reconciliation of land records for all projects with HOD,CFO,CEO

13. Maintaining of land record both hard and soft copy as per agreement

14. Obtaining and maintain record of all land owned by the company with the following documents:

  •  Khasra girdawecy
  •  Fard for record
  •  Certified mutation copy annually
  •  Aks shajra
  •  NEC 

15. Prepares BRs for both Fard and Registry for all sites and circulates them to Directors for their signatures.

16. Creates payment requests for the Fard payment.

17. Generates payment requests for the Gains Tax after completing the registry process.

18. Obtains Land Acquisition approval from the CEO via email and initiates the payment request through the ERP system.

Requirements:

  •  B.A or relevant degree 
  •  Experience of 6 months to 2 years 
  •  Experience of working in a Real Estate or related business shall be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  •  Salary range of PKR 40K – 45K per month;
