Research and Business Planning:

a.       Undertake regular research (economic, sector, project ideas and potential partners).

b.       Develop project feasibility and investment analysis.

c.       Develop sector knowledge and expertise. Assist in developing business strategy.

d.       Develop PowerPoint slide decks and company profiles.

e.       Undertaking corporate finance coordination. Investor management, deal coordination, debt raising coordination.

f.        Develop annual budget exercise in active coordination with Manager Accounts.

Corporate Matters

a.       Coordinate with the Board and Board committees.

b.       Prepare meeting minutes and action points for the Board and Board committees meetings.

c.       Corporate and legal matters including document preparation.

d.       Tax planning.

Finance and Reporting

a.       Treasury i.e. strategic cash management.

b.       Monitor ABP (organization, departments and project level) in active coordination with Manager Accounts.

c.       Monthly performance tracking – Real

d.       Quarterly/ yearly management report

e.       Reports for the Board and investors (as needed)
