• Daily accounting entries in the Peachtree and ERP
  • Check and process payment request in ERP.
  • Timely payment processing as per agreed vendor terms.
  • Monthly reconciliation of sales and booking inflows with accounting records.   
  • Prepare monthly Trial Balance.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Ensure no cheques are issued without approval of the Accounting Manager.
  • Prepare monthly cash balances by project, entities and bank accounts.
  • Prepare Sales Tax and Withholding Tax calculations.
  • Coordination with Site Admin, Operations team, Sales Staff, Site Accountants.
  • Assist Accounting Manager in resolving audit queries.
  • Maintain proper files and document record.
