- Understanding project specifications and review and vet time schedules and budgets;
- Ensuring projects are handled on time, on budget, and according to design by overseeing the project planning, inventory services, cost control, and project management;
- Monitoring day-to-day work progress and providing accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages;
- Tracking material inventories and site wastage with construction progress to avoid work stoppage;
- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage;
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and reporting deficiencies accordingly;
- Vetting estimations for timescales and costs;
- Ensuring procedures are carried out in accordance to AMC’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols; Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
