- Developing and determining that all standards are met for performing inspection and testing on all procedures.
- Supervising the effective implementation of all tests and inspections schedule along with ensuring adherence to all procedures to perform quality audits on processes.
- Ensuring the quality and workmanship of every activity on-site including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
- Ensuring the quality control documentation of the complete project including certificates, calibrations, tests, inspections, reports, site observations, and other important documents.
- Monitoring the quality of all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work is according to quality requirements and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyzing all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality.
- Collaborating with the related departments for reviewing the quality of all materials at the site and ensuring compliance with all project specifications.
- Liaising with the Engineering Team for submissions and preparations of reports and conducting various tests or analysis.
- Communicating with employees for ensuring that the knowledge of all quality standards, quality manuals and procedures is shared with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
- Coordinating with the Head Office for communicating the performances.
- Preparing monthly reports to evaluate performance and conduct deviation analysis.
