- Coordinating and communicating with the Site Sales team for ensuring compliance with Head Office standards.
- Managing all digital platforms including coordination with any third parties or branding partners.
- Developing, improving and updating the content on the website and all digital media platforms.
- Preparing Reports including but not limited to Sales Collection, Recoveries, Occupancies, etc..
- Maintaining all marketing and sales databases in the soft form including pictures, videos, marketing materials, etc.
- Ensuring that all data of marketing and sales are processed through ERP.
- Conducting surveys related to customer profiling, new products, housing trends, lifestyles and satisfaction.
- Assisting the Head of Sales in updating policies, processes and forms along with maintaining and storing data, and other tasks as assigned.
- Updating prepared reports on a monthly basis and presenting to HOD and/or Finance as and when needed.
- Ensuring the achievement of targets through follow-ups, reports, data collection and compilation, and site visits as and when needed or required.
