We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Safiya Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential plots and homes through both on-site activities and digital marketing strategies. The role requires strong field presence, customer engagement skills, and the ability to close sales deals professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
Sell residential plots and houses by meeting prospects, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and build long-term client relationships.
Assist customers with documentation, booking forms, and mortgage/loan file submissions.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute targeted marketing campaigns through social media, telemarketing, and digital platforms.
Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including branding, leafleting, and customer outreach.
Generate qualified leads through proactive field and online strategies.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Collect, manage, and maintain sales-related documents and customer records.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Maintain an organized record of customer communication and deal progress.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Conduct market surveys and share insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Suggest new sales strategies and engagement ideas to boost conversions.
5. Performance & Achievements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Up to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Marketing.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and confidence may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Good understanding of customer handling and follow-up techniques.
Basic understanding of real estate documentation and loan/mortgage processes.
