- Managing the administration and maintenance of company records (Assets, HR, financial, biometric, attendance and others) accurately and efficiently;
- Making routine visits to the site and staff residence for housekeeping purposes;
- Managing the use of AMC vehicles and equipment assigned at the site;
- Participating in site Project Reviews as and when required;
- Maintaining communication with all other departments on site;
- Supporting engineering staff in documenting contracts, work orders, technical changes etc;
- Working with Procurement Team to find new suppliers, negotiate for rates and payments;
- Managing suppliers and contractors by ensuring timely payments, delivery and all contractual obligations;
- Assisting related department in government related matters;
- Preparing Monthly Site Budgets and managing petty cash;
- Arranging the visits of AMC management, government personnel, site inspectors and other visitors (non-customers) to the site;
- Other duties as assigned.
