- Receiving and recording the material or supplies at site
- Storing the received materials in designated area or store
- Verifying the material as per DN, GRN and other documents
- Measuring all loose materials and keeping them with utmost care
- Ensuring accurate recording of the inventory vis-a-vis physical and in system
- Reviewing inventory and preparing reports as and when needed
- Assisting the Site Engineer and Manager Operations in site operations.
