- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization. Spotting sales opportunities for new customers. Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement. Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing automation platforms.
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets. Ensures effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets. Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
- Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace. Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative. Setting activity and revenue targets for the sales team. Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible. Manages continual training and development of the entire sales department.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences and generate new business leads.
- Generate periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
