We are looking for a results driven Store Incharge to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to manage store daily operations, store material assembling, maintaining records of data, filing and reporting, inventory management, profitability goals and management of staff memebers effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, inventory control, project management, or HR management. Store officer responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of yarn and related materials
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock, using Inventory Management system and manual book.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Reporting and filing of documents.
- Propose innovative ideas to optimise and improve the inventory system.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff and resolve the issue
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
- Staff management, performance management of employees.
- Quality checking of yarn and other related materials, ensure the accuracte material is used for the Job.
- Inventory handling, Recored of Inventory materials, forecasting and stock-outs of inventory
- Additional store manager duties as needed
