Supervise matters regarding financing arrangements for working capital requirements.
- Liaison with banks regarding export financing and other capital financing
- Negotiate with the International banks on the issues remittances and International Sale/Purchase.
- Look after income tax, sales tax matters
- Planning & execution of export/Import orders.
- Coordination with shipping companies for timely shipment of Cargo.
- Preparation of export documents
- Communication with Management regarding financial and tax maters
- Coordination with Production Department for time dispatch of Export Shipments.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning and suggest strategic recommendations to the CEO
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Providing strategic management of the accounting and finance functions
- Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Recommending improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information
- Managing or overseeing the relationship with independent auditors
- Overseeing financial systems implementations and upgrades
- Managing relationships with investors, investment institutions and financial institutions
- Identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements
- Candidate should have Textile experience who are exporters.
