Handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
Assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.
Head Hunt and hire resources for the company through various mediums.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
Handling full spectrum of HR from recruitment to development and retention
Support HR team in day to day matters
Developing job descriptions.
Coordinating with clients regarding candidates’ requirements &
Represent company at meeting with clients also deal with their HR related queries
Maintain HR records e.g File Keeping
Make sure that all follow ups regarding contracts, documentation meeting or invoices are done.
Research & Knowledge about the everchanging market.
Knowledge about IT industry & positions will be a plus.
