  • Makes objects and try to meet their targets and achieve the goals
  • Close Coordination with Sourcing Head, Merchandisers of approving new factories for Garments Quality / Production
  • Co Ordinate with Sourcing Head, Designers, Merchandisers & Sampling master for discussion on all the technical expertise of all the style Sheets for our Current as well as upcoming orders
  • Co Ordination with Sourcing Head for Costing
  • Observe on all the important operations of all the Production Like, Fabric Knitting, Fabric Dying & Finishing, Cutting, Embellishment, Stitching to Finishing
  • Proper PP samples evaluations as per the given tech pack by the designers & giving comments to Merchandisers & Factories
  • Based on PP Comments, Before Starting Bulk Production, Arrange pp meeting with all concern departments of all the Productions styles
  • Approved production go head on the base of pp comments
  • Coordinate with Sourcing Head, Merchandisers & Factories on Running Production
  • Visit the production units and give them instruction about quality.  
  • Making Sure that before cutting the Production, Fabric is approved form Lab
  • Proper Follow up with quality auditors for Inspection of stitching & packing accessories like Care Labels, Canvass Labels, Leather Patches, Buttons, Labels, hang tags
  • Proper follow up with quality auditors for in line inspection
  • Making Sure In line inspection for all the Major/Important Operation of any Garment
  • Daily Discussion with Q.A for in lines for running production. And analyses their reports
  • In case of any Problem to the Merchandisers in any difficult operation in production, Giving Solutions to solve that problem.
  • Same time informed to Directors about that solution
  • Daily update, Weekly Update on Quality & Production to the Directors 
  • Strong production follow up’s for Deliveries and reporting to Directors.
  • Daily Discussion with Q.A for Final Audits Planning & Priorities the Audits for running production.
  • Making Sure that our production is according to the Approved PP Samples
  • Making Sure that before Final Audit for any style, Garment with all the actual Embellishment & Trims is approved form Lab
  • Close Co Ordination with Ware House for all kind of shipments & deliveries
  • Follow up with Q.A for 100% inspection for China shipments(Garments, Shoes)
  • Close Co Ordination with Retail department & Customer Care Department for any kind of complain received by any Customer. And then given proper reply to satisfy our valuable customer
  • To Build a strong image of Quality Product of ,Quality department is doing it best possible efforts

Skills :

  • Must be competent and well versed about the product technicalities.
  • Complete Knowledge Of Garment Quality
  • Good computing skills, like good command on Micro Soft Office
  • Complete Knowledge about international trends of Garment
  • Well Knowledge About Quality Standards of International Brands
  • Good communication (verbal/written) skills 
  • Have a close eye on the latest trends and techniques that helps to increase the product appeal
  • Complete Knowledge about International standards for final Audits for Major Buyers
