The Web System Administrator shall be responsible to maintain web environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance etc. as directed by the Line Manager.
Responsibilities
· Data Entry, Monitoring and Management
· Managing technology system and web system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning.
· Coordination with technology users and stakeholders
· Customer Service
· Troubleshooting
· Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the venture.
· Any other job assigned by line manager.
