Job Description
Aodour is a cosmetic company established since 2016. We are importing international cosmetics meanwhile we are collabrating with all brands exsiting in the market. We are targeting to be the NO.1 online cosmetic seller and chain store with all cosmetic brands under one roof. Looking for a marketing manager who master the marketing of ecommerce and social media platform.
Job Description:
1.Responsible for company ecommerce platform marketing strategy, marketing promotion management through the multiple channel(Google, social media, KOL collabration, offline campaign etc). Increase the visibility of platform
2.Responsible for the branding of product according to company strategy(Includes video shooting, online master class, live session, KOL collabration, online campaign etc)
3.Monthly/quarterly marketing strategy, budget management, monitoring the execution and report higher management of the analysis.
4.Responsible for the campaign end to end(from planning to execution, result analysis and optimization)
5.Responsible for market information, analysis, report, support for the company strategy
Requirements
·Proven experience as Marketing Manager
·Excellent leadership and organizing skills
·Analytical and creative thinking
·Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
·Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
·Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords
·Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
