- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department, review Petty Cash transactions, bank-related issues.
- Should have complete knowledge on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.
- Should have knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax and Withholding Tax.
- Should have experience of checking and approving Payroll and relevant adjustments.
- The job will include keeping up-to-date accounts and inventory record for the smooth transactions with vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Working experience in Bank Reconciliations.
- Sound knowledge of imports and related documentation.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Must have a “Can Do” approach.
- Should have advanced knowledge of MS Office, (Excel & Word).
- Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of operations.
- Should have a good sense of internal controls and compliance
- Should handle admin work including planning and procurement of office supplies
- Should have experience in stock and fixed assets audit
- Advance level of reconciliation skills are essential for this role
- Filing and maintaining of accounting records
Requirements:
- Graduation in accounting / Finance, or
- CA Inter / ACMA / ACCA
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- A good team player
- Quick learner
- Ability to meet deadlines
