Job Description:
1.Responsible for branding strategy, brand promotion management 2.Monthly/quarterly marketing strategy, budget management, monitoring the execution and report the analysis. 3.Responsible the campaign end to end(from planning to execution, result analysis and optimization plan) 4.Responsible for website and social media marketing(Include the traffic, engagement, conversion rate, bounce rate, ROI,PR etc) 5.Sales target breakdown, cooperate with product team to finalize the product promotion plan and execute. 6.Responsible for market information, analysis, report, support for the company strategy
Requirements
· Proven experience as Marketing Director
· Excellent leadership and organizing skills
· Analytical and creative thinking
· Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
· Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
· Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords
· Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
