We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative
Key responsibilities are:
- Email response to customers.
- Zendesk handling
- Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
- Develop customer service solutions.
- Interact with the back end team for order processing or the address update.
- Contact courier companies on tracking issues.
- Contact customers for follow-up.
- Made pickups for the parcel collections
- Communicate with the Teammates for further information.
- Give a reply to customers as per the requirements. (at least 80 tickets per day)
