We are seeking Female telesales executive to join our team as a call center.Its a day time job and easy to communicati to local market .The main tasks and responsibilities include:On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to maintain their personal targets.Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.Achieving 100% of monthly personal targets and team targets.Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.Obtain client information by makingtelephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.Note: Conveyance will be provided to `Female`Only.
