Apex Housing Solutions Ltd is based in London and we have been providing property management and social housing solutions to a wide range of audiences since 2008. Our clients include Local Authorities, private and corporate landlords, estate agents and tenants.
We are an ISO 9001 accredited company and our quality management systems consistently provide products and services to meet both customer and regulatory requirements, and sets us apart from many of our peers within the industry. Our highly experienced team currently manages more than 750 properties across London.
We are now looking to set up a back office in Pakistan to assit our team in London.
Core Responsibilities of the role:
- Creating repair cases/ logs in the company’s CRM software
- Assisting Property Team with daily tasks and calling utilities’ companies to update records
- Preparing job orders for the check-ins and check outs
- Assisting Property Managers with processing furniture orders
- Post check- in calls with the newly placed tenants
- Updating the CRM on cancellations/ reservations;
- Scheduling property visits/ inspections;
- Assistance in compliance certificates renewals
Experience and skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Customer service attitude
- Desire to learn and consistently Improve
