As a sales manager hire, you will report directly to the CEO. You will recruit, mentor and lead a high performance inside sales organization. You will also develop and implement appropriate sales strategies and metrics to drive efficiency and productivity. You will partner with internal teams to create, implement, and manage a complete revenue process form prospect to sale to potential maintenance of ongoing client relationships.
· Seasoned (5+ years) high-growth enterprise software sales experience.
· Proven success record, having built and managed successful inside sales teams of up to 10.
· Proven expertise with teaching, coaching and training sales methodologies.
· Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
· Must be passionate about learning API Management and consumption industry.
· Contract negotiation, up-selling and deal forecasting experience.
· Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organization skills required, able to articulate and evangelize the value of APIMatic.
