Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the product demand yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and seasonally and according to that do purchase planning.
- Develop the purchase strategies.
- Search new vendors and Maintain relationships with existing vendors,
- Negotiate payments terms,
- Reconcile balances,
- Search new products from market, web, vendors and on customers’ demands etc.
- P/O making,
- P/O follow up till completion
- Timely payments to vendors,
- Receive bills on times.
- Manage all shipping process local as well as foreign.
- Follow up of custom clearances.
- Costing and pricing of products.
- Follow up to warehouse for stock receiving and stock returns.
- Maintain all documents, products Catalogues, Price Lists, Samples and others related forms.
- On time reporting to management.
Required Skills:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to adapt different vendors and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
- An excellent standard of numeracy in order to analyses facts and figures.
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.
- Confident and mature approach.
