We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to help establish and scale outsourced business functions of our fast-growing UK business. You will be the organizational leader of the Lahore office such that you will ensure that the requirements, dependencies, and business expectations are all aligned with the company's vision and commercial strategy.
You’ll work alongside the UK Senior Executive team, and will be given a very competitive package including a long-term incentive plan on meeting the company's growth objectives.

The role
Working closely with the global CEO and senior leadership team based in London, UK, you will formulate and execute sales, marketing, and operational strategies to maximize business growth as we grow the country operations from ground zero and establish various business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial and will require the candidate to fully invest in the business for the next 3-5 years.
We’d expect the GM to lead the quarterly planning cycle, and then be responsible for ensuring it is effectively delivered. The GM will have overall responsibility across sales, marketing, and operational business functions and will be responsible for the running of the organization.
