- Leading IT Infrastructure Team (Networks, Compute, Storage etc.) for new and ongoing projects
- Developing and managing project documentation including but not limited to Project Management Plans (PMP), Project Implementation Plan (PIP), Share of Responsibility (SoR), Scope of Work (SoW), Risk Registers, Issues and Actions Registers etc.
- Customer management and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining company interests.
- Coordination between internal and external assigned project resources and third parties/vendors for project execution managing scope, schedule and cost.
- Ensuring creation of internal and Technical documentation and requirements for all project deliverables.
- Resource planning, allocation and management.
- Make decisions quickly, often with limited information.
- Managing Change Requests (CRs) through sales and account teams.
- Timely submission & completion of Service Acceptance Certificates (SACs) to clients.
- Assign problems/tasks to technical support specialists.
- Act as escalation point for support problems.
- Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution.
- Keep support contract baselines in check and ensure they are not exceeded.
