 Own assigned team sales target and GM

Takes full ownership of the pre-assigned group of corporate/ SME customers and ensures customer needs are met & satisfied.

  •  Develop and attain assigned revenue and profitability targets assigned by the company.
  •  End-to-end customer ownership from pre-sales to support phases and all other customer generated requirements.
  • Gain maximum customer confidence to facilitate team engagement and sale generation.
  • Mining new business within organizational portfolio and install-base expansion with customers.
  •  Targeting new customers presenting company portfolio to new target market.
  •  Competitor analysis and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics in area of operability
  •  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  •  Monitor the sales program on all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.
  •  Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
