Own assigned team sales target and GM

- Develop and attain assigned revenue and profitability targets assigned by the company.
- End-to-end customer ownership from pre-sales to support phases and all other customer generated requirements.

- Mining new business within organizational portfolio and install-base expansion with customers.
- Targeting new customers presenting company portfolio to new target market.
- Competitor analysis and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics in area of operability
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Monitor the sales program on all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
