Job Description

  • Manage and monitor VMs and network running in a virtualized environment.
  • Manage Team reporting internally and externally.
  • Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
  • Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
  • Own the process patch management, security, web filtering, asset management etc.
  • Implement policies around OS updates
  • Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to maintain clients virtual environment stable
  • The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technology problems.
  •  Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment

Technical Skills & Exposure:

  • Experience with server management and monitoring tolls like Kaseya and/or any other RMM Tools is a plus
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks and SNMP based management
  • Solid in-depth knowledge of Windows environment
  • Analytical knowledge of Domain services, Domain controller, DNS/DHCP
  • Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties
