- Manage and monitor VMs and network running in a virtualized environment.
- Manage Team reporting internally and externally.
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
- Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
- Own the process patch management, security, web filtering, asset management etc.
- Implement policies around OS updates
- Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to maintain clients virtual environment stable
- The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technology problems.
- Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment
Technical Skills & Exposure:
- Experience with server management and monitoring tolls like Kaseya and/or any other RMM Tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks and SNMP based management
- Solid in-depth knowledge of Windows environment
- Analytical knowledge of Domain services, Domain controller, DNS/DHCP
- Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties
